Don’t get tempted on weekends:

You would surely get tempted on weekends to sleep more. But rather than that, you should maintain a good sleep schedule. Sleeping more on weekends would be something you would want to do. But if you don’t do it then you are at a benefit. This is because; sleeping more at weekends would make your body alarm disturbed.

Nap smartly:
