You are doing favour to your skin if your are away from junk food. The ingredients in junk food like excessive oil and frozen chemicals are very harmful for your skin as well your health overall.

Exposure to dirt and pollution:

Excessive exposure to dirt and pollution also damages the skin cells and you start having problem of wrinkles and black spots on your skin.

Include fresh fruits and veggies in your diet. Because they are the rich source of vitamins, minerals and fibre required for our body. Consuming them will increase the antioxidant and nutrient level in your body.

Using skin care products:

Time to time different skin care products is required like cleansers, toners, moisturizers etc. but try to use natural products made up from natural ingredients because they are the best product for skin care.

Wine mask:

One of the best ways to reverse your age. Wine contains antioxidants which help in reducing the effect of UVA rays and reduction of wrinkle formation. Ingredients are:

Milk by default is very good natural skin cleanser. Applying milk on dark spots and rubbing it with help of cotton will reduce the dark spots significantly.

Turmeric powder:
