Never expose your hair to direct sunlight, dirt, wind, rain and pollution. Always avoid the excessive exposure as it leads to dirt build up, greasiness, increases skin acne and infection. Always cover your head with umbrella or some cloth while stepping out from house.

2. Use of conditioner:

After shampoo always use a good quality conditioner. Shampoos usually make your scalp dry and conditioner will nourish it. It will make your hair shiny and soft and also protects you from UV rays. Prefer to use both the products of same line as they have same type of formulation.

3. Oily hair need wash:

How frequently you have to wash your hair. It entirely depends on the type of hair you have. If they are oily you need to wash them on alternate days. If your hair is chemically treated then maybe you wash them less frequently. If your age is more then also decrease your hair wash frequency.

4. Choose your hair products wisely:

First identify which type of hair you have and then choose the best hair product meant for your type. For example, if have coloured hair then choose the product for colour treated hairs or if your hair is chemically treated then use the product meant for chemically treated hair.

5. Never comb when wet:

Wet hair is always weaker. When we wash hair, moisture enters into roots and roots become week. After washing use towel to dry them and then use broad toothed comb to detangle if you must want to do.

6. Avoid heating tools:

You may need styling your hair and has often used heating tools to look them straight. Avoid them as much as possible because it will fry you hair and ultimately will reduce their strength. Once in a while it’s ok to use them.

7. Make protein mask:

Hair is made up of protein and applying protein mask on them will certainly boost them. Make the protein mask by mixing egg yolk with warm water and directly applying on your scalp. It will straighten your hairs and will make them shiny and bouncy. Repeat this process weekly.

8. Diet:
