We often have a few habits which we find quite comfortable and handy. But when it comes to your hair, you just can’t take any chance. What Bad Hair Habits you have?
1. You never clean your hair brushes:
Since you are quite busy you never ever get time to clean your hair brushes. But this habit is wrong. You should make a habit to remove the dirt and hair from the comb everyday. This will help you have clean hair and maintain the hair hygiene. Also you must replace your combs every month. Try to get good combs with natural bristles. This will help in keeping away from hair damage.
2. You put that old rough band:
Sometimes you just pickup any old rubber band and then put it in your hair for tying up a pony. But the band would be quite rough and old and if you pull that a bit more then that would lead to hair fall too. You should therefore buy a smooth band which helps in taking care of your hair too.
3. You come across and use too many harsh chemicals for hair:
You want to look good whether or not your hair is healthy. Thus you try relaxing and smoothening procedures, keratin processes and so on. But the harsh chemicals as present in such salon products would create problems for your hair. There would be hair damage and hair loss. You should try to keep the natural look of your hair and use the chemicals at the least.
4. You blow dry wet hair and use too much of heat too:
You are always in a hurry and thus what you do is blow-dry your wet hair. This is wrong. This can damage your hair. You should towel dry your wet hair and only when they are dry you should use the hair dryer. Try to keep heat to the minimum. You should use more heat if you wish to style your hair and this should not happen too frequently. Also, if at all you are using extra heat then save your hair with a good quality heat protecting product.

5. You don’t get a trim frequently:
This is also a wrong hair habit. When the hair become frizz at the ends and when there are more of split ends you should not wait. This is because it would cause further damage. You should therefore try trimming the hair. Don’t keep a long interval between two trims.
All the above hair habits are bad and you should take efforts to change the same. If you change your habits then you will be able to have naturally great hair.
