Diet:

Include veggies in your diet. Veggies like carrot, spinach, cucumber etc are high source of water. According to ayurveda they are having purifying properties and helps in clearing toxins from body and thus are good for all types of skin.

Applying milk cream, butter for few days before going to bed will heal the cracked skin effectively. It will also reduce the dark spots significantly.

Avoid using beauty products:

We often use beauty products to look beautiful without knowing the side effects of them on our skin. Long time use of these commercial products can seriously damage your skin cells.
