Drink plenty of water:
Most of the people stay dehydrated through out the day and this could be the main reason why they stay exhausted. Start sipping healthy fluids or water. This will add hydration to your body and you won’t feel exhausted.
Sleep for a while or meditate:
If you feel sleepy too then sleep for while. Take a break from all work and tensions. Make sure that you have a good sleep for a couple of hours. Brain receives signals and it behaves in that fashion. If you have a poorly lit home or room then the signals that might go to the brain would be that it is night. The brain may feel like winding up and thus it might lead to exhaustion. You should therefore see to it that there is proper lighting in the room.
Take a walk:
You can take a stroll as this will enhance blood circulation and would thus provide oxygen to tissues. If you don’t have time to go out a walk then a few exercises would also work. You can even climb the stairs and it will also give amazing results.
